What is the Cantoria® font?

Characteristics of the stonecutter’s chisel are visible in the serif shapes of Cantoria, which Ron Carpenter designed for Monotype in 1986. Cantoria follows the American type designer T.M. Cleland’s Della Robbia (1902), also based on stone-cut letters. Round, open counters, large capitals, and a wide range of weights make it a good choice for a variety of display settings.
